How to get to Jewel from Terminal 2, 3 or 4?

T2 to Jewel: 5 to 10 minute walk from Terminal 2 via the link bridge at Level 3 (near the MRT station). 

T3 to Jewel: 5 to 10 minute walk via the link bridge from the Departure Halls of T3 (near Crowne Plaza). 

T4 to Jewel: take the free shuttle bus from T4 to T1 first, cross the road at the bus drop off point.

Can I go to Jewel after check-in?

However, do not go through immigration clearance if you want to visit Jewel, as it is located on the landside.

If you are leaving Singapore, no, you do not need to exit immigration to go to Jewel, as it is located on the landside of Changi Airport.

If you are arriving in Singapore, you need to go through immigration clearance.

If you are transiting via Singapore and want to visit Jewel, you need to go through arrival immigration and customs, get to Jewel, then head back to your terminal and pass through departure immigration clearance. So you’d have to ensure you meet visa requirements, if applicable, and have enough time, as you literally need to enter then exit Singapore.
